Ken Tiratira serves as Senior Vice President for Operations and Chief Strategy Officer. He has over 30 years of extensive experience leading private, public and not-for- profit organizations and achieving outstanding financial performance and operational excellence. Ken has extensive state and local government health, mental health and budget/fiscal policy expertise leading initiatives in the Legislature for the State of California and the Board of Supervisors, Los Angeles County. Ken is an exceptional leader, team builder, motivator, critical thinker and organizational strategist with big picture vision and attention to detail. Specifically, Ken has worked with several multinational consulting firms focusing on strategy, governance, executive coaching and facilitation, healthcare policy, business process reengineering, and operational process improvement. Ken’s consulting and professional experience includes Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, Gartner, and Northrop Grumman Information Technology. Ken has also worked with the following governmental and not for profit entities: State of California, Joint Legislative Budget Committee, California State Legislature, Office of the Speaker, State Department of Mental Health, Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, City of Los Angeles, State of Hawaii, Solano County, Clark County, the City of Anchorage, Kamehameha Schools, Los Angeles Unified School District, California Coalition for Workers Compensation, Employers Group, Los Angeles County Business Federation, and the Center for Nonprofit Management.
